Ya know, if you can afford $5.00 each month, Fuitadnet (www.fuitadnet.com)
offers web hosting with 3 gigs of space and 25 gigs of bandwidth. I've been
using them for my personal site and for my guild's web site and have had no
problems. They also offer domain registration for $10 per year which isn't the
lowest, but is still pretty good.
Is Dreamweaver the only program you are using? If it is, I'd suggest firing up
notepad or wordpad (in windows) or vi (linux), opening the frames page, and
manipulating the frames directly there. It's a bit slow that way, but I've found
notepad to be the simplest and quickest way for me to do any of my html, php,
and javascript editing.
